I got the kind of service I expect from any business and though it was good, it was nothing special. I don't buy gas there but go out of my way to buy cigarettes there because of price and they usually have my brand. I am always asked if I need a lighter or matches.

I really like because of the location is big, many pumps, clean and the price is very good. Close to my work too.

The video ads on the gas pumps are annoying and unnecessarily loud.

A rating of Highly Satisfied might indicate that there is no opportunity for improvement. There was indications of spilled fuel on the drive that got transferred to my floor mats and left the smell of fuel in my car.

I buy all my fuel at this station. I am very satisfied or would not buy at this station. I shop at Walmart regularly which is part of the same mall as the Murphy's station. I don't rate anything as Highly Satisfied.

I had to wait nearly ten minutes to pump gas. The outside was dirty. The trash receptacles were full.
