Considering I frequent this location, lines are always expected to be long. I was not greeted by the 2 employees inside, I asked for my product, was given my total and swiped my card. Upon swiping my card, I was told that it would not read it. Never have this problem anywhere else. I swiped it a few more times, the attendant swiped it once, and stated once more that it was not working. I asked if there was a way to manually enter my card number and I was told no. EVERYWHERE has this option and it posed an inconvenience to myself as well as the customers waiting in line behind me. Luckily I had cash on me that I was not planning to use, in order to finalize my purchase and get out of the way so that the other individuals waiting in line could get their things. I was not told thank you or to come back again etc.

The cashier refused to the additional 10 cent per gallon discount when 3 Coca Cola products are purchased. Signs promoting this were promonantly displayed on the beverage coolers and at register.

I WENT THERE TO PURCHASE A BOTTLE OF SMART WATER, WHEN I GOT THERE I NOTICED AN ADVERTISEMENT HANGING ON THE DOOR 2/2.49 OR SOMETHING LIKE, BUT THE PROBLEM IS I COULD NOT FIND ANY, SO I ASKED THE ATTENDANT AND SHE STATED OH WE DON'T SELL THAT, I THEN SHOWED HER THE SIGN AND SHE THEN STATED OH WE MUST BE OUT

Pump number 4 was slow to fill the tank. Also the system to allow overflow was not working making the fuel spill on my clothes and on the ground. I paid for extra fuel that will not be used. I went to tell the attendant but the line had 4 people waiting .

My fiancé purchased gas from this location on Friday August. 28,2015 and had problems with his truck . I purchased gas on Monday August 31, 2015 and had problems with my car. This is definitely not a coincident and we will not be purchasing gas from murphyusa again. I will be advising everyone I know of this problem with your fuel.

I paid with my debit card and asked for a receipt. After pumping no receipt came out. I went to the cashier and told her she must be out of paper because my receipt didn't come out. With an attitude she told me that I must not have press the button to get the receipt. Tell her I did and that I was not happy about having to wait in line to get the receipt. She said it didn't show on her in that it was out of paper. She practically show my receipt at me and rolled her eyes. I told her I was going to report it and she said go ahead because she was the manager. I will never buy gas here again.
