the loud TV over the pump is very annoying. i would rather enjoy quiet or listen to the noise of my choosing on my radio, but the constant barrage of advertisement now coming from the top of your pumps is dissatisfying. i think they call it 'gas station tv' and i do not like it.

You only have diesel at the outside pumps. There is always cars using those pump even when the inner pumps are open.

The price on the signs that led me to Murphy was different than what was on the pump. Therefore, I did not fill up, and I finished my top off in another town. You lost about 100 gallons in sales for a few cents per gallon.

attendant was not familiar with procedure of rollback, I was told that I could not prepay with my gift card because verification was not possible until payment was being made. diesel pump would only allow me $200.00, I was able to reset pump and complete fueling another 53 gallons and was not allowed the rollback promotion being informed that it was "another transaction". attendant also believes that the promotion is only valid for 15 gallons, and that she is from Tennessee and they do things different down there. I would like to add that I purchase approximately 250 gallons of diesel fuel at this location per week, with no prior significant issues!

pump will not take Costco's Visa card and to use it you have to see attendant also TV is very annoying.

Gas was posted on driveway of pump @ $1.88 gallon. I even used my Walmart MC & the pump charged me $1.91! I didn't notice the charge til I got home, very disappointed! I got 10.5 gallons. Usually I get 3-10 cents off the pump price when using my Walmart MC. I was going to call the service operator, but no phone number on the receipt. I guess I learn the hard way!
