Too many questions to purchase products at the pump. A reminder is ok, but I don't appreciate having to say "no" time after time at the pump. Especially in single digit weather temps. Also, a truck towing something blocked one of the two exits. It was tricky trying to turn around to get to the other exit.

Ashley is great, another worker name Bob is very mean, irritable and seems to dislike his job.I've had issues with him not wanting to put in my pick 4 play slip due to him having issues with customers in the past with him doing it wrong(he stated this to me) I was confused by him telling me this told him I picked my own numbers and wanted pick 4 ANY several times after getting in my car I saw he gave me EXACT I drove off instead of saying something to this unprofessional obviously dislikes his job and DOES NOT KNOW how to do the lottery machine,he never smiles and rushes through with transactions, I'm a regular customer so I've witnessed this LOTS of times, he also gets overwhelmed with cig coupons like the lottery,he needs a new job, sorry

Malfunction of the pump-had difficulty getting the correct grade of gas to load. The service attendant loaded it at the register.

Lottery purchase failed

The payment at the pump was not operational. Even the car behind me had to pay at the attendant as well. This happens too many times than I would like. Many times I have a child in the car or pet and they are out of view when having to pay at the attendant. Additionally, many times the pump handle will not hold on its own, so you have to stand and hold it. In colder weather, this is not user friendly.

Due to price of fuel I was unable to purchase all I needed. Getting out to traffic is sometimes near impossible due to being on a corner, high traffic volume,k and uncorporating traffic lights.

My receipt did not print at the pump. I had to go wait in line to get one from the attendant. Unfortunately, after driving away I realized that the receipt did NOT include my Lottery Numbers. They were supposed to be printed on my receipt. How am I supposed to get them? It's like I just threw away $6 b/c I don't even have the lottery numbers I paid for and have no way to get them.

Trash container was full spilling on the ground. Price of gas so high I was unable to fill my tank due to tight budget, causing us to cancel our trip today.
