had to prepay and pump slows down at ending, takes too long

To pump fuel you have to go thru a survey at the pump. This is a huge turn off as I'm standing outside in 20 degree weather with rain blowing in my face... If I wanted a car wash I would seek out one. Plus the area around pumps are not the cleanest
