I used a gift card in order to take advantage of the three-cent off/gallon discount, which I did not receive at the pump I used. Furthermore, I purchased a car wash, supposedly at a discounted rate, but when I read the prices at the car wash, I would have paid the same price had I not purchased gas at Murphay.

last 3 times I visited the same pump - receipt NOT working. had to wait in line to get a receipt at window

attendant was on the phone; customer in front of me left, I waited approximately 3 more mins til she opened the window to wait on me

My receipt indicates my purchase was made at 10:34 pm. However, it was 10:23 pm when I arrived at the closed window. Looking in, I saw the attendant (Breanna Nicole) sitting in the back, busily "playing" on her cell phone. I waited for nearly 10 minutes, thinking she would look up but she didn't. I finally had to knock on the window to get her attention. When she opened the window, she did not greet me, but instead took the time to tell me how bad I had scared her. She then attempted to excuse her behavior by explaining that I was her first customer in quite some time. Quite frankly, there were several things I wanted to tell her, but I refrained, feeling it would be lost on someone so irresponsible. No matter where one works, there is always something that can be done to pass the time that is associated with one's work. The only time an employee should be on his/her personal cell phone should be in the case of an emergency! I don't know how long I would have been forced to stand there if I had not made my presence known! Someone should discuss the importance of due diligence with this young lady!

when i try to use a prepay card at this location, for the past 2 -3 years 90 %of the tim it will not accept it. i have replaced the card three times i have complained sevelal times

The cashier was extremely rude, dressed very sloppy and short, bitten off fingernails. I didn't even want to touch whatever she had touched. I ask her a question and black from back said "I'm the assistant manager....what do you need". I asked them for both of their names to I could report to the Manager but the assistant manager would not give me her name. She just kept saying that she was the assistant manager. I visit Murphy at least once a week and do NOT expect to be treated this way when I go and spend my hard earned money. This cashiers name was Lisa Marie and don't recommend her for public work.

I made an error in the selection process in the survey. I was completely satisfied with all of my experience at the station.

I liked the price of the gas but I was having car problems the attendant locked the door to go get her car to give me a jump not very many managers would do that.
