I was charged twice for my gasoline purchase now I have to go to my bank get paper wrk then make a special trip to Murphy oil to TRY to get my money back it's a 40 Mile roundtrip drive which if course will use more of my gas for which its highly unlikely I will reimbursed for so i am not happy at all and once this is resolved I doubt I will ever go back

your location in Chiefland Fl. We are a small community and the majority of gas retailers are controlled by one company. Other retailers lease their business from the same owner. When your company opened a gas station we hoped that competition would bring lower gas prices. We compare Murphy's gas prices in comparison to the Monopoly that's going on but you are running just two cents below everyone else in the community when your other gas station nearby are lower. How can we justify supporting your company when there no civic participation on your behalf. I guess you will depend on out of town business .

I swiped my card but could not select the grade so I started all over. Same thing happened. I went to the attendant and she said it had happened to another customer earlier. I had to move to another tank but this could've been avoided if she had of claimed it out of order. Disappointed due to it being rush hour.
