Couldn't get the VIP gas price

No reason. It just takes a lot for me to be highly satisfied

I have had numerous occasions there where the service was horrible and stood in line for along time. Even overcharged a few times as well. Also never recieved any call backs from mgmt when I contacted you all about the experience.So I stopped coming to your establishment for a few months. Only went there today due to being in a hurry. Usually if I was in the plaza and needed gas I would go out of my way to your competitors just to not give you my money. Theresa McKinney

i was not highly satisfied because it was just a usual experience. Fine but not highly different than any other. the little building was cramed full of food not a great deal of counter space.

Customer service

It's a crowded location, which is good for you as a company it means you are busy. But I think if things were laid out differently it could make it easier for people to get in and out and not drive past because it looks too busy and time-consuming. This would in the end result in even more customers. The interior layout is terrible, there is always people crowded out the doors and trying to jam themselves in the small space knocking over things and crowding each other.

Pumps were crowded so the wait was long

The prices for reasonable and I like the savings especially on gas

It is close to home. They carry my brand of cigarettes and many other stations do not.

courteous attendant even though it was very busy both at pumps and inside, with only one attendant working.
