3 times in the past 2 weeks I've tried to use my Walmart gift card at Murphy gas stations, which I have done for years, yet the cards are not reading at the pump. Once you go inside you are told 1) the card has no balance on it (Congress Road, North Palm Beach), which was untrue as I knew it had $93 on it, 2 & 3) that the Walmart gift cards are defective and must be taken inside Walmart and transferred to another card. (Kirkman Road, Metrowest Orlando). This is unacceptable that one has to spend an hour each visit to have this done, then go inside the Murphy station to pay for gas, when the whole point of having a card is to go to the pump, pay and leave. This is very tiring and since I've now had to do this, as mentioned, 3 times recently, when I've been using Walmart gift cards with no problem for years, I won't be purchasing gas at Murphy anymore. It is the pump readers that are scratching the gift cards, or either the pump readers just can't read them anymore. Either way, I don't have time to go inside and wait on people to purchase everything under the sun, then be told I have to go inside Walmart and get a new card each time.

I get there put my card in and the pump ran out off gas or was not working.

I had gone to Murphy to put $10 worth of gas in my car. The gas pump got stuck and it didn't stop pumping gas until the tank was completely full. It overcharged me by $13.61. I went inside to tell the attendant and she told me she wasn't able to give me a refund because the gas couldn't be returned. I assumed that the Murphy was associated with the Walmart behind it, so I thought if I drove over I'd be able to speak to a manager. The attendant lead me to believe that this was true and neglected to tell me that the gas station had no association with Walmart. Not only was she dismissive of my complaint, the pump continued to stay open so other people could suffer the same fate. I'm beyond disappointed, but overall I blame the company for the lack of training they have provided this employee with.

receipts keep not printing from pump 3 which is the most easily accessibly with my rv and seemingly always available maybe others are avoiding it because the receipt is not printing. my three year old daughter was in the vehicle and I keep having to get her out to get the receipt inside. Time is money and my time is being expended. I may try to visit pilot/flying j more often.

I have a bluebird card specifically for my fuel purchase, I didn't apply my discount for my fuel at the pump, then inside the attendant couldn't get the card swiped, when I had just previously loaded money on the card and swiped it at Walmart. The attendant seemed aggravated when I asked to slide the card again. I was more aggravated having to use another card, and not receiving the discount on fuel which I have a card specifically for.
