The pump was not starting and when I sent my friend to let them kno the attendant refunded the money therefore I had to stand I line again to re- purchase gas. My visit took up a whole 45 min because of that.

Ty Logan did not greet me at all when I walked up to pay gas he gave me a irritated look he did not ask what I needed I told him $20 on pump 2 he took the money and did not say one word to me didnt say thank you or have a good night nothing at all. Bad customer service

I bought gas and my mom bought stp has treatment fir me. I paid 20 for gas and then the Pump didn't let me pump gas. The attendant said it was timed out and I was out of luck. I only had 22 bucks to begin with so the hold was still on my card and I was screwed out of gas. The lady said it was my fault. I asked her I poured the stp then the gas if I knew it timed out I would have gone somewhere else. She said to bad. Nothing I can do unless I pay again. I was lucky my mom was there because she put me gas. She asked to speak to a manager and she said she's all the manager we were getting. I wI'll NEVER EVER come back and I will tell everyone I know what u guys did to me. I have a baby girl that's one and a half. I'm check to check and all I wanted was to put gas. I was humiliated, my money was taken and I don't deserve that! I will never Return again!

First, there were several transients in the parking lot making their little signs to beg for money. Trash all around them. Next a man is bugging everyone at the pumps to wash their vehicle windows for money. I went & told the cashier & she did absolutely nothing!! We waited to see if she'd come out & talk to that man & she never did. You guys have had a broken vending machine glass door for about y months already. WHEN are you replacing it? There is writing on it from a sharpie. Makes one wonder WHY you are careless in having a presentable gas station. Sad you guys don't seem to care OR the franchisee doesn't care. Either way, I won't go back.

My cars Gas tank is only 11.9 gallons. the pump dispesed over 12.6 gallons Car was not sputtering into station and started just fine on a hill.

The cashier said I said I wanted $2.00 of gasoline when I know I said $15. Of gas well he kept saying I was wrong.when I know what I said.

Murphy express card causes the diesel pump to pump slow or not work at all. the other brand cards pump normally. Ask the attendant she states you should not use our pumps now. All of this happened after I added the fuel additive needed for 30 gallons of diesel. I planned on putting fuel in my tank. This is not good to do to my motor. I limped to another station beer by to get more diesel at a higher price. After I went to another Murphys across town to finish the fill up and same problem again with the card. Decided to use my debit card and fuel flowed as if it was normal. I want an explanation for this the card company said no problem with the card it is Murphys stations.

I went to purchase some sunflower seeds after I got gas, the seeds were marked 1.29 she charged me 1.65 I told her that she charged me too much she said no that they had to charge tax . I said I know but tax on 1.29 was not .35 cents. she told me that the tax was .35 cents so I asked for a receipt because she didn't give me one and it showed she didn't charge me 1.29 she charged me 1.49 so I told her she charged me the wrong price and she owed me the difference then told me 1.49 was correct, so then I told her the price is clearly marked 1.29 and I wanted the difference returned to me so she opened the register and handed me .15 cents which I told her that .15 cents was still not correct. but by that time she started yelling at me and the people behind me were having to wait so I just left. I was very upset this register person could not even count proper change back and I didn't like the fact she raised her voice to me the customer because I was trying to correct her because she could not count.
