Commuting through.

On this visit, as well as 4 times in the past, I have been unable to complete my pumping to the full 15 gallon limit of my discount. The tank was not full and I paid enough to receive a credit after the 15 gallons was met. I have addressed this issue with the attendants inside and there was nothing they could do since the pump had to be reset and the discount would go away. I have been loyally coming to this location since it's opening and will continue to do so, but this is just a problem I have been having. I full 3 vehicles at this location and the problem has occurred on only 2 of them, since one is only a 10 gallon tank and the issue occurs after the 11 gallon mark. Thank you.

I mostly never have any complaints and they are usually very friendly.

I don't like to mark as Highly Satisfied unless it was exceptional. Yours was good but not exceptional. The coffee was only warm, the creamer I choose was slow to dispense, the flavor was not the greatest. The attendant was busy but friendly and apologized when I thought he was working as fast as he could. A blind person could see he was being run ragged so why apologize when he was busy? He was a nice guy trying and working as hard as he could.

It was nothing special about the store or employees.

The store is fairly small and seems crowded .

The nozzle was leaking fuel onto the ground. It was a slow leak, maybe a drop every 15 seconds.

No particular reason

I had to use the air to fill a tire. There is another close station that has the air pump that fills to the correct pressure then auto stops with a digital read out.

The cashier isn't very friendly. Most of the attendants are awesome. Ive worked gas stations for 20+ years. If you don't like your job it shows. I do shop at Murphys all the time. I wont let one cashier keep me from shopping there..
