Most of the time when I go in the store, I have to wait in line. There is either only one customer service reoresentative behind the counter while the other is outside messing around, or the person, usually an elderly lady, is extremely slow.

Had to circle several times to get a pump. Had an 18 mile trip home and ice cream in the car so every minute counted. Otherwise all went well.
