The attendant was not in a pleasant mood. She acted as though she did not want to be working there. I have had no problems with the other people working there.

You offer flavor shots for your fountain drinks. You were out of the Lime on both sides. Your attendant did look to see if you had more but it was not available.

I selected regular unleaded ($1.989/GAL) for my Honda Accord at Pump #18. After finished fueling, I found I was charged unleaded plus price ($2.279/GAL). I went into store and told retailer probably something wrong with Pump#18. The girl told me she can do nothing about it. I asked the girl whom I should contact to solve the issue. She let me call custom service by the phone number in the receipt. Actually there is no phone number in the receipt.

GS tv is an extreme annoyance at the best, but coupled with the fact that I could hear it while still in my vehicle with the engine running and my radio on, it is very aggravating. I do not wish to be bombarded with this intrusion as soon as I pull up to a pump. There should be a way that the volume does not turn on until the pump is activated, and also a way that the consumer can control the volume level. I stop at this station because of it's convenience to me on my way to work, but I can just as easily stop at a different station on the way home just so I can have quiet as I fill my tank.

all the window squeegees were laying on ground no holders to get clean water also way to much soap in them no paper towels

The card reader on the pump did not work, went inside to pay and one attendant acted as if she was clueless and the other was rude.

First of all the salesperson think it was Daniella Ma, that is the name on receipt, just rude and overall not someone I will let check me out again. I wanted to purchase an Icee and it was down (only Coke ) which is the main reason I came in, I said something to her & she totally ignored me, no other customer was in there. NEVER APPOLGIZED NOR TRIED TO FIX IT. Fortunately Tina(? I believe was her name) was working in back or something she came out after I made my other purchase, checked it flip a switch and it came on she appolgized for it. I did not wanted to wait any longer for it to be ready so I left. Let’s put it this way I go to Murphy’s EVERY DAY AND I MEAN EVERY and if I walk in and she is wiorking I WILL NOW WALK OUT and take my business to Race Trac down the road which I pass to come to Murphy.

pump #13 pumped regular gas but charged super. Attendant knew about it and took not action.

Needed to use restroom. After pumping gas went to get the key and was ignored by your clerk. Was looked at when I asked for the key and she walked to the register. So waited in line. When my turn came and I asked for the restroom key even saying please she said "no the door was locked for a reason. The floor was wet." She was very rude and condescending. Wish there was more room to explain.
