I had to go into the store and wait behind 5 people just to get a receipt for my gas purchase. The store has a distinct odor like incense, which is offensive to anyone with allergies. The store is dark. It is crammed with merchandise. There is no distinct traffic pattern for the cash counter. Customers approach the cash counter from two narrow aisles. It is difficult to walk around the store. My wife refuses to go into the store because it is not friendly or inviting. As a former retail store owner, I'm guessing the store has a high shrinkage rate. I hope someone reads this because I think the store model needs to revised.
