On 12/24/14 at 21:00:10 I went inside to pay for my fuel. I've been to Murphy Express store# 8609 at 5301 Las Soleras Dr., Santa Fe, NM 87507 many times before in the past. I've had very many positive experiences here in the past. However this night was different. I was being served by a cashier named Jerry who was obviously not in a good mood. He didn't greet me with the usual Hello and great customer service I'm used to receiving there. Add to this I was having trouble in getting to have my debit card read by the swiper. He seemed bugged by this after two tries and I handed him my card he got it to scan. As he stood there, he complained to a female coworker that was standing next to him that he should go back to transporting prisoners for a living as he could get paid better for that than for working at there at the gas station. He then proceeded to give me card and receipt never looked me in the eye and thank me for my business. To make a long story short he was rude and cranky!!

Estaba cargando gasolina ala mitad de la carga apagaron la luz y me dijo el administrador que ellos no tenian control de las máquinas y se apagaban automáticamente y ccargaba gasolina 2 veces por semana en esa localidad

I was given a $50.00 gift card for a Christmas gift. I purchased gas for $25.00 on 01/02/2015, only ended up fueling up with $21.25 so the attendant refunded me back $3.75 which should have given me a remaining balance of $28.75. When I returned to gas up on 01/08/2015, I was going to use the gift card to pay again but the attendant said that I only had a remaining balance of $3.75. I saved my receipts from last time showing that I had already had a remaining balance of $25.00 and the receipt showing the refund for the $3.75 and the manager insisted that there was no proof that this was a $50.00 dollar gift card even though the receipts were staring him right in the face with a remaining balance of $25.00 after the first transaction of $25.00. In the end he did not refund me the full $25.00 that was supposed to be on the card after the $3.75 refund. I am highly displeased with the turnout because Murphy's is the only place I stop for gas in town and as a loyal customer, I don't think the situation was resolved in the right manner.
