My receipt says $25.00 but it has been submitted to my bank as $75.00. My car doesn't hold $75.00 of gas. Where is the other $50.00 going. I will be calling my bank to stop payment. This was at site # 8651 trace # 0557.

We had a discount from a survey. The code would not work. We did not receive our discount of 10 cent per gallon on 14 + gallons of gasolines.

I can't get my gas code on receipt I had to go online to get it.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to this station. I explicitly come to this station because I receive exceptional customer service everytime I walk in this store.

I was in the store at 11:00 AM this date, and I purchased a quart bottle of chocolate mike - PRAIRIE FARMS PREMIUM - and then I noticed that the cashier charged me $2.68, when the product is marked for $2.29, but I didn't catch what happened. So I went went back this evening at 8:00 PM to get another bottle, but this time I looked carefully to see the price, and it was $2.29 as stated. So I asked the cashier to please check the price, and he said, $2.49. So I disagreed and told him that the price says $2.29 on the shelf. He goes back to check, tells me that that price was for a different product - strawberry milk - prairie farm, and said that the chocolate was $2.49. I said to him, NO, it's the same product - $2.29. He says, why can't it be higher, and I said, because the price tag says what it says. he got argumentative with me. He goes back to the counter, with some other guy behind the counter with him witnessing the whole matter, rings up the order, and says to me, I'll give you the milk for the $2.29 price this time, as if to say that he was going to change the price after I left the store. The register has, $2.49 on the product key, which is different. I'm unhappy with him.

This makes the 2nd time I've made a gas purchase..and they have with held more money than what my gas was...last time 125.00. This I purchased$ 25.00 and hold 75.00 for 1 or 2 days. Never again I can and will go to other places. That Do Not Steal money for days. It would be the same as me stealing 75 dollars worth of gas then returning it in a few days. I can go to Exxon Mobil, BP, Food City and Ingles to list a few and this Does Not happen. Yes I called the 1800 number and complained. It maybe be legal in your book but to me your a thief. Thanks it Friday and I only have 15.00 left in my account and I needed my insulin!!!! Just saying!!! Call Kingsport store 8651 and ask for Corp.# cause I didn't want to be used with that person and I knew it wasn't their fault..they were.nice.
