Ease of use and short wait to pumps. WAS able to pay at pump.

I had visited this same pump island the week before and there was the same graffiti on the pump and post, same trash in the information center bins and fuel spills with all around between the pumps with what appeared to be quick dry spread to clean it but never swept up, and it had been there for some time. I'm also not entirely sure that the pump handles or pump facing had been cleaned well lately either.
