The volumn o the news on the screen was very low and the promotions annoying.

hate paying such high prices for gasoline.

Instructions on pump very unclear , operates wit quirks no other gas pumps in area use. too much misc. advertising.

When I walked up to pay for my fuel, I was not greeted or anything. I politely asked the employee if I could get a certain amount of gas on the pump and the employee did not even say hello thank you or anything. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional.

Similar to every convenient store, the prices were not convenient. Hate paying extra for drinks being cold and at a one stop shop. Outrageous prices. For example, paying $7.00 for three Gatorade's is highly dissatisfying...

The attendant was on the phone the whole time and never acknowledged me.

Security of the pumps. No tamper proof seal.

I have been very unhappy with this Murphy Express since moving to this area because I have a Walmart credit card that I buy my gas with and the first time I found out that the Murphy Express would not accept the Walmart card that I can use at Murphy USA, it did not make me happy. They tell me that I have to apply for a different card. This does not make sense to me, especially now that I open this survey and it is under USA. I don't want another card. We are very diligent in the credit cards we choose and how we handle them and I just don't want another one. Why can't you make it possible to use the Walmart credit card usable in both gas stations. We don't have a Murphy USA anywhere near us.

No advantage to pumping gas here......gas quality and price per gallon same as other stations down the street
