Had credit card number "stolen" at this location about 6-8 months ago. Know it was this location as I had not used the card for a couple of days , but used it here and fraudulent charges were made the same day. That is the reason I now ONLY pay the attendant and NEVER at the pump. Also, what person in corporate decided to put attendants in booths that allows you to only see them from the waist up unless your a midget? Might as well not have an attendant but a machine to dispense change. VERY impersonal way to do business. It is like they are working in a phone booth. Would get even less gas here than I do if the station was not so convenient.

My friend went to the window for me (I an handicapped) and ordered 2 cartons of red 100 Pall Mall cigaretts. She gave her a $100.00 dollar bill and the lady said "I can't take this, this is and old type bill." and wanted to know where she got it. My friend said the bank, because we had just stopped there for some cash. The customer behind my friend said the bill was fine and she finally said, I guess I will have to take it. My friend said, if the bank gave it to me, I guess it is good, just give me my change, all $5.63 of it. Finally she took it.

attendant left building and was smoking within 10 feet of me filling my car. When I went to buy products, he continued to smoke and made me wait. His smoke was blowing right past me and I found it very offensive. When he finally came in to serve me, he was not very friendly and I felt like I was a pain in his ___.

I had recieved a $50.00 gift card for gas and when i went to fill my car with gas at the pump and entered my card it said it didnt support this card which was a WalMart Card. And the attendent was very unsympathetic that i needed this gas . As this was the second Murphy gas station in Sebring and Avon Park that i had gone to. I use only Murphy gas but this has really made me wonder if i want to continue purchading my gas etc. from this company.

I used my MurphyUSA credit card but was only given a 3 cent discount instead of the 10 cent discount that was supposed to apply. This happened in Fort Smith Arkansas in October but at that station no discount at all was given. Both of these stations are branded as Murphy USA stations. When I applied for the Murphy Visa card, it was because of the discount that was promised. Now, I am unhappy with not getting the discount I was promised.

I used pump 11. I selected the $1.98/gal grade when prompted. It showed $2.38/gal grade was selected. I hit the $1.98 grade again. Still showed $2.38 grade selected. I figured it must be an error with display screen and pumped my gas. My total came to $21.01 for 8.794 gallons so I knew I had pumped & was charged for the higher grade gas despite not wanting that type/price. I asked the cashier what grade had been pumped to confirm. I explained that I had selected the lower grade twice but the pump didn't take the selection. I told him the pump might be faulty. He said "the hose sometimes does that". End of conversation. No apology or resolution to problem. I will still get gas there for convenience and price but I will not use pump 11 and will move to another pump if any problems with pumping in the future. That pump should be fixed though.

Pump would not except credit card. Second time at same pump in two weeks. Button to accept card did not work. Second time in to weks

There were signs posted on every single pump advertising buy 1 get 1 free Hershey products, but when I went to the counter to purchase the advertised items I double checked with the attendant regarding the deal. She said, no, they're not buy one get one. I said, "Really? It's on the signs." She just said no again, and made no attempt to explain. She even told me to return the items myself once I said I no longer wanted them. It was the very opposite of customer service.

I was on pump 7 and noticed that the seal on the pump had been tampered with.I went out of my way to go to the attendant to report it and he as a real JERK.Instead of saying Thank you, he just said;"I'll check it in a minute" in a nasty tone so I said; "I'm just letting you know that the seal has been lifted and looks tampered with", once again he said;"I'll check it in a minute". I just said to him;"What a Jerk" because he was a REAL JERK. There was no one else in line or waiting.
