Pre-paid at register for $20.00 gas. Selected Unleaded at pump ($2.22/gal) but pump went to Super Unleaded ($2.67/gal). Brought this to the attendent's attention and was basically told that this happened all the time, and that the pump could not be reset. I would have to cancel the transaction and repurchase, which means I would have to wait for the bank to re-credit the original $20. If there is a problem with a pump, it should either be taken out service, or contingencies made to be able to reset the pump.

after I swiped my card the reader said to swipe my card again instead of going to the enter zip code screen. I went to the clerk to tell my problem & he said to swipe with the other side of the card, this is not my first visit here and I have not experienced this before. I did swipe the other side and put in my zip code but someone put my gas cap back on so I hung up the nozzle which completed the sale. I know I cannot swipe again with the same card so I left w/o filling up. Not happy!

The employees seems to be keeping the restrooms locked and they only unlock it for their personal use. Customers are allowed to park in driving area in front of the office thus blocking the entrance and exit of other customers trying to leave the pumps and access to some of them ( The problem is even worse for the merchandise placed in front of the office blocking such passage as well).

The sale was for 13.581 gallons of gas. My tank is only 13 gallons. I had just under a quarter of a tank when I arrived. The sale should have been closer to 11 gallons. Therefore the pump overcharged me by approximately 2 gallons of gas. The pumps are not calibrated, or have been fixed to overcharge on purpose.

had to pay for FSS whatever that is. Our bill at the pump was $12.30 but on the paper bill was $28.34. Had FSS added for $14.99 on the bill. Never heard of FSS. We were not asked if we wanted it. This is illegal. We will never go to a Murphy station again and we will tell all our friends what a rip-off you are.
