too many people in a small area....

There is a "deal" if we buy Camel Snus 3 at a time or 5 at a time. I simply asked how much we saved per can purchasing them that way. They did not know - even the manager! I asked them to figure it out on the calculator that was right there. They didn't know how to do it. I finally had to ask to borrow their calculator. Seriously. By the way, there were no other customers at the time, and there was no need for them to be flustered. The manager was non-interested and doing something on the computer when I was first asking questions, and the other attendant did not even know if they carried Camel Snus. It was only when I was obviously a bit flustered the manager even paid attention. But even then, she was not answering the question I was asking. They kept giving me the total.

One register open with an outrageous line of customers waiting. 3 employees available but not really working to help speed up the waiting customers.
