Restroom was out of order

Went to pump gas but it wouldn't take my credit card twice.

The man was rude.and didn't say hi or nothing. And it was slow the line was lo g

I asked twice for soft pack cigarettes got home they were hard pack took back to different location

When I was purchasing the two @ liter drinks he put the cigarettes in a bag and not the 2 liter drinks,I ask him if I could get a bag for the drinks and he told me it might split open,but he got a bag and put both 2 liters in it and did not double bag it or put them in there own bag. If you are going to tell someone the bag may split open why would you put both drinks in the same bag and not double bag it? was he hoping it would split open?

This location: s poorly managed. The attendants are pushy and offer the same products over and over even when you decline. Also, their pumps and systems go down regularly causing you to lose money on prepays.

diesel fuel pump surrounding area is ALWAYS filthy and ground looks as if it is NEVER cleaned/pressure washed!!!

BOTH OF YOUR ASSOCIATES ARE RUDE AS ALL OUT DOORS AND THIS IS THE VERY LAST DAY I WILL TOLERATE THE RUDE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION AND I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET ! ME NOR MY FAMILY WILL SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT ANY MURPHY USA AGAIN THANKS TO YOUR RUDE WORKERS JOSE GUADALUP AND WHATEVER MS.ATTITUDE name is !!!

I was standing in line when a woman asked the attendant where the bathroom was located. The customer clearly did not speak English very well. The attendant pointed vaguely in the direction and said outside and to the left. The woman looked confused, walked outside looking around for the bathroom and left when she did not find it. The attendant said IN FRONT OF EVERYONE "God she's so stupid! I told her where it was! That's what you get for not speaking English!" If she's saying stuff like that about customers maybe she shouldn't be working there. I've seen snakes with more decency and common sense than this girl exhibited. When I made it to the counter she pointed out the survey for me like she deserved a trophy for her asinine comments. I will not be visiting this establishment in the near future. There are other gas stations that are more easily accessible to me. I'll happily take my 30 gallon tank elsewhere and pay the few cents extra per gallon rather than have to listen to someone berate another human being in front of a room full of people like that.

Murphy's is known as the Walmart gas station as they are located directly infront of Walmart. The ad's on the pump tv were for Walmart. Yet this station claimed NO affiliation with Walmart and refused the fuel discount without even so much as a sorry just no discount because we are not associated with them. So WHY is there not required signage at these Locations to SPECIFY if they are or are not associated with Walmart and the discount? All of the Other Murphy stations, within 50 miles, that ARE Located the same as this one, DIRECTLY infront of Walmart have the gas discount.
