The cashier was not in uniform and who I am guessing is the manager has the personality of a rock. He looked more like a bum then a manager.

This visit was good, the problem has nothing to do with the lady that was on duty today. The problem I have with this store is the little (racist,bigot,smart mouth,hateful) child that calls herself an assistant manager. I was lucky I didn't have to deal with her today. As a rule I don't do surveys like this, but I've just had all I can stand with the business practice that is allowed to go on when she is in the building. I'm only guessing here but I'm thinking that because I am a black man that she can say what ever she wants to about white people in front of me. Just for the record I'm married to a white lady. I'm also wondering if she and the manager have something going on with each other. She talks to him with so much disrespect it's almost funny. That child does more damage to your business than anything else.

There were two people behind the counter, neither one greeted me. My main concern is when I got home and checked my receipt, I was charged for a extra pack of cigarettes, I bought the 3 pack deal. I hope this was an oversight and that the employee did not steal the cigarettes. It will be a long time before I go back there again.

When I entered the store, there was already a line almost completely around the store. It was a Friday afternoon, you have two registers, but only one woman working! Really? On a Friday afternoon? You guys really need to have your store staffed properly.

The gas receipt did not print. I went inside to get the receipt, the attendant was not inside. I waited 5 minutes, finally she showed up.

The intendent was kind but very unprofessional. She stayed on her cell phone the entire time before and after me. She was talking about a personal problem. Never put it down. My previous job was Murphy USA and that was a huge no no. Sacora didn't apologize for being on her phone. As I said she was kind. But I didn't appreciate the personal cell phone call.
