Store has changed since management changed - not as friendly and inviting as it was when Mike was the manager - don't know the new manager maybe the lady who has talks to her staff about issues in front of customers??

The was in a personal conversation with another customer and never spoke a single word to me. After working in customer service for 28yrs I will never understand how a person is allowed to work in the position that deals with the direct support of the business and not deal with all customers in a professional manner.

Was given horrible customer service from Christian Shauni for simply asking when the funds would be back on my debit card since the pumps were not working correctly and I wasn’t able to pump the full amount I prepaid. As I was leaving she screamed at me while I was walking out of the store. This is the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced and I will NEVER be visiting this gas station again. I will also be telling people I know about this experience and filing a fraud claim with my bank and the police if the matter isn’t handled by Tuesday, April 17, 2018.

the associate was standing at the coffee machine and I tried 3 or 4 times to get my card to go thru and I had to go inside so while there I got my drink and he did greet or say anything but of course I didn't either. I assumed that he knew about the machine had issues. I have tried that same one last month and it done the same problem. so I thought it was fixed by now. but I paid for the gas and drink and got the gas and left. I just don't go to that one next time. I just went to that one since it was closer to the building and no one was on that side.

The cashier had an attitude with me as well as a few other customers she had her attention on her underaged children who were helping her work behind the counter very unprofessional
