I think Highly Satisfied is a lofty goal. I was pumping gas and buying cigarettes. Hard to be Highly Satisfied.

I'm 55 and was ask for my ID to purchase cigarettes, I had to go back to my truck to get ID and when I got back she had canceled my purchase. I had already waited in line for 5 minutes while she talked to a friend hanging inside the window. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get waited on to show ID she had requested.

The card readers never work

The have the lowest prices in town.

I was very satisfied with my visit to murphy express like always my visit has always been great and the attendants like always very helpful

Receipt tape apparently jammed so I had to go to get it from the attendant.

There was a line with 5 more people ahead of me.It was freezing cold. My pump wasn't working right. I had to make 2 trips to the window before it was right.

They may need a little improvement

There is always for improvement

HIGHLY SATISFIED MEANS THINGS WERE PERFECT. THE PUMP #8 DIDN'T PRINT A RECEIPT. BUT I GOT ONE FROM THE CASHIER.
