Today's visit wasn't like my previous visits in the past. The cashier was not nice and seemed To be eager to get off or wanted to be Off because of the holidays. She was a little slow checking me out. Just a bad day for her I Assume

I am a regular customer, due to your prices. I am highly dissatisfied because every time I come in the store cashiers are constantly on the phone mainly on Bluetooth headsets and you are unable to tell if they are speaking to you or to the "oh so important person on the phone" I also was trying to purchase cigarettes I forgot my ID in the car so I said never mind I'll come back after I pump gas. I left the inside of the store to pump my gas and as I was finished I grabbed my ID to go back in and make my purchase. I came back into the store where the cashier is on the phone with her friend talking badly about myself because I did not have my ID and told her don't worry about it I'll be right back after I'm done pumping gas. Natasha shar is how the name appears on my receipt. She is not a customer friendly person. I am an assistant manager at a gas station myself I do not tolerate my cashiers sitting on the phone bad talking a customer no matter how rude the customer is or how inconvenient they may seem. I would suggest your cashier's to be evaluated on the work and customer service skills they lack. Thank you

Another customer wanted $5 in gas but the attendant limited me to $5 of gas when I wanted to fill up. I had to go inside 3 times to complete my purchase of enough gas to fill up my car. I wanted to pay at the pump and get in & out quickly but the transaction took forever. The attendant needs better training. It should not be this hard to pump my own gas.
