The cashier and the supervisor were to busy carrying on a conversation about their weekend instead of waiting on the long lines in the store. There was only one register open and three people behind the counter. The service was very unprofessional.

There has been some very rude employees there even had one that back talked me as I was walking out of the store

I dont understand how the bathroom can be "OUT OF ORDER" for over a month!. I sometimes feel the need to go when i get my morning coffee, but this is insane. How long does it take to replace a whole bathroom, much less repair a toilet. Are the attendants complaining about cleaning the bathroom? Can i fix it for free gas? What is the problem and the solution, besides having the attendant just repeat its out of order, like a parrot?

the product was in a spot where it had a price mark. She told me it was a different price not that price. I showed her and she said it was wrong. I explain to her that she needed to move the product because it was a lot there and she stated she didn't care what the price said she wasn't in control of that that was not her job. Really didn't mind spending the extra dollar for the product but it was just the way she acted towards me. I work right across the road from this store and come in the store probably three times a day, but because of her I will not anymore.

That store has the worst smell. When you walk in the door it hits you in the face and the clerks just say its a dead rat in the wall. I refuse to buy any food or get anything to drink because that smell is just plain nasty. They also say the manager knows about the smell, if that is the case he or she needs to handle the situation. The customer service has changed for this location. I will not go back.

I selected regular and was charged for premium gas. I was cheated out of seven dollars. The attendant contacted the manager and all they said was what I wanted with them then. They just replied they would call the company in the morning. I stop there twice a week to fill up but that will be my last time there because they did not try to make it right.

It took about 5 weeks or more for this Murphy station to get all grades of gas ( 87,89, and 93). Other gas stations had all gas and diesel fuel. The pipe line was fixed and other Murphy station had gas.

1) The pump would not function properly when using a credit card 2) This location never has paper for printing a receipt. When you go inside to get one, the lines are always very long and the attendants are indifferent. 3) Rude attendants - There are usually two people behind the counter often talking about personal things. No matter how long the lines are, they seldom both assist customers at the same time. They are often rude and treat customers are if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you! My friends and colleagues agree and we will be taking our business next door.

Price posted as $3.74/pack of cigarettes and I was told by employee that was the price. Employee was told what brand was wanted and scanned a different brand instead which were a dollar more. When I told the employee she had rang the wrong brand and that they were a dollar more than the price posted she stated, well they are all the same anyway. So then I had to pay the $4.74 which ended up being $10 more than the posted price. The employee was very rude about the situation. Therefore, price posted as one thing and had to pay another price.
