no window wash water. no paper towels. charging for ice is wrong even if you have your own cup. think you all also need to make this place larger due to the long lines.

The area is very crowded of cars are unable to move and just the space is very limited
By Marcos L. | 6/11/2015
Employees are very UN-attentive. Busy with their own personal cell phone conversations and applying make-up.

As a business open to the public it's a city and health department ordinance that public restrooms be made available to the public. The outdoor restrooms were locked and when I asked the employee for the key I was told the manager does not permit the employee to allow anyone to use the restrooms and that they were only for employees. I had a small child with me and had to go to the nearest business to be able to use the restroom.
