They save newspapers for until I can make the 15 mile trip.

I am 75 female, was using a replacement credit card and as it was so different looking I mistakenly kept inserting it upside down, tried a few times , left the station and went to the local nearby Walmart, made a purchase with it (with the code symbol) and returned to Murphys as I always get my gas there and appreciate the safety and openess of the whole facility. Card still did not work, went inside, explained my predicament to John and he manually opened the pump and told me tpo come in after and pay. He was so helpful, understanding and appropriate. He made me feel okay about my consternation and mishap of not realizing the strip goes along the top of the card and not the bottom. Again, I feel so safe there as I always fill up there and usually very esarly in the AM when it is still before sunup. Safety is so very important to me at my age, I don't even carry a purse anymore and always feel safe at Garden City, SC Murphys 24/7!!! Kudos to John! Sheila Mary
