The young lady at the register recognized me from previous visits and knew the brand of cigarettes I smoked. She immediately saw there were none on the shelf and went to back room where she found them. She also asked if I wanted cigarettes for my wife, which I did. She immediately turned and picked up the correct brand. Her name was Madeline L. You have some who won't go to the bother. If there are none on the shelf behind them, they just say they don't have any. Customer service IS appreciated.
