Parking, congestion, wait time, etc.

Need more attendant at this station

I suppose because you're about the same as any others other than your prices are lower (usually)... or the same as another station

Have been filling these surveys out for at least 2 years. Always mark Highly Satisfied. Have not won anything, so, will change it up.

The pumps for pumping very slow

I paid at the pump but had to go to the cashier to get my receipt. I have had this or similar problems with receipts at this location about 30 per cent of the time I use his station.

always room to improve

The site is not clean most of the time. otherwise3 it is OK.

The congestion in parking lot and those LOUD speakers at the pumps trying to make you buy fuel additives!! I can't hear to tell when I'm full because my sensor is messed up on my gas tank, and I have to listen for the gas bubbling up to the top to make sure it doesn't run over. The whole outside experience is very stessful!!
