The attendant was having problems with mu debit card and pump was malfunctioning

Numerous times at this location I paid at the pump but had to go to the cashier and wait in line to get my receipt. Too many times as far as I am concerned which means this location does not pay attention as to the receipt being provided at the pump.

I had to wait in line a radiculous amount of time, and then there were no specials on my brand of cigs. I bought a lighter which was not marked correctly or at all. The ones above it were 1.39, but no new price was displayed on the exact same Bic lighters below the ones marked. The only difference was it had a Playboy sticker on it that I didn't realize that's what it was or want to begin with. I realized it all when I got to the vehicle, and went back to ask her about it, and she said, yeah, all the Playboy lighters are 1.89. I was not about to wait in that line again to dispute a fight I wasn't going to win!! She did not offer to put me ahead or make it right in any way, so I just left!!

First of all, I had to go to the casher to get the receipt. This is getting to be a habit at this location as you either have to go to the cashier to get the receipt or the receipt is not printed correctly and prohibits you from entering the drawing. You have been gracious in providing me information so I could enter but the third time this happened, I guess you got tired of the bother and did not respond to my request. Also the price is around 20 cents higher than your location in Alabaster or Pelham. I understand this is the norm for the Clanton area but I don't have to like it.

The gas pumps were extremely slow and it was cold outside.

I did not get anything this time because all the pumps where taken and had lines so i went somewhere else

Wanted to buy a particular brand of cigarettes which are on a promotion. Attendant looked around and said she didn't have any. Other attendants always volunteer to check storage and ALWAYS have some there. She didn't bother.

They give me the wrong product and when I came right back she give me a hard time about it

Was satisfied with fuel purchase. No wait for pump and good price. However, I also wanted cigarettes and they were "out". I have purchased the pro-mo Marboro Menthol Lites from this location for several months. Have never had a problem with availability, although they are sometime reluctant to see if there are any in the "back room". Over the past couple of months, I am usually told they were out, although one of the attendants had told me earlier they didn't sell many of this particular flavor. Now, I am wondering if they aren't selling these cigarettes in bulk to someone, or they are available in the "back room" and they just don't want to take the time to look.

Pump #2 charged 83 cents for 0 gallons of gas attended said she would tell her manager she also said the pump was out of service there was no sign to that effect only 1 cone that was not blocking the pump
