Service was fine. But to be "highly satisfied," I would expect something beyond the customary or the usual.

The pump was slow....so I couldn't click it to pump on its on I had to hold it and squeeze the nozzle lightly.

Had to wait for a pump and the customer struggled to be able to operate the pump. i.e. low information voter!!!
