I was hoping since pay at the pump was offered that I could fuel up before the store opened. I could not. I had to cancel my transaction and find fuel at a store that was open.

Why don't they have premium gas? it's either 10% ethanol or 87 grade.

Pumps are way too slow, too many buttons to push to get gas, have to decline fuel additive etc

Have a sign for amazon gift card and they never can find it and say they just don't have it. Ridiculous

I am expected to be at my work, logged in and ready to go. When I was in retail I had to have the cash drawer counted, displays ready, and set to accept customers. Generally I had these things done ahead of time. This place is chronically late to open. Sometimes have to wait for the pumps to be turned on which can be several minutes. Displays are never unlocked. Today I was told that I would have to wait because he just got there (not the first time). I went and pumped gas and by the time I was done, he still wasn't ready. I realize that I was the 'first customer' of the day (note the time), but by the time I had pumped gas, he should have been open and ready to accept customers. This is happening all to frequently since the first of the year. I have been using this Murphy's for as long as it has existed and the service continues to decline. Changing personnel hasn't seemed to help much. Guess I am frustrated that if I am expected to be 'on time' and ready to go, why are they afforded the luxury of being ready when they are ready. Guess I will start going to Circle K or 7-11 for my gas, cigs, drinks.

I can not accept the large number of pumps and nozzles that were non-operational!

When I tried enter the service station (and this wasn't the first time) there was a vehicle parked to where you couldn't hardly get by and the person wasn't buying gas. He/she was purchasing either something to eat or cigarettes. I have sent this in before and nothing has been done. I told the attendant one time to consider placing a NO Parking sign there. Looks like getting gas should be the highest priority. Thanks, Sherman Reed reeds780@gmail.com

For some reason, the 5 cents a gallon discount was not allowed. Finally the attendant said that Walmart had stopped that program. I had not been notified.

The pump markings were not clear & the attendant was snarly.
