I purchased the gas additive and did not receive it while I was pumping my gas.

I was very unsatisfied because they did not have any cartons of camel wide lights cigarettes at the 19th St. murphys in Moore, ok, and it's not the first time. I stop there at least once a month and most of the time they never have the camel wide lights cigarettes, and then I have to drive all the way across town to a different murphys and use more gas. Can somebody please make sure that they order more camel wide lights to keep in stock at the 19th St. murphys?

I have photo proof under the pump price it says the discounted price for using a Walmart credit card or shopping card which it also still says at any location I've seen. I would not have stopped at this location today if not for expecting the discount. I swiped my Walmart card and when I started pumping it gave me the full price. I took my receipt to the window and the employee basically told me I was wrong and the pumps no longer says that. She finally gave me cash for the discounted amount after I showed her the picture but as a business it is NOT acceptable to say a discount is available When it's not. All your pumps EVERYWHERE still says it in small lettering under the discounted price display. I mostly got a Walmart credit card for the gas discount but I will not get a Murphy credit card for a business that doesn't honor its own advertising

I walked up to the register and the cashier did not even look up at me. I had to speak to her first. She had her head down looking at her phone and when I asked to pay for my gas, she still did not even look up at me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. That is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not return to this gas station any time soon. The cashiers name from the receipt is Pauline Fran.

Just needed gas

While I was pumping fuel, the attendant shut down the pumps. I was only able to purchase $5.01 worth of fuel. The attendant knew I was there and pumping. She did not seem to care at all. I'm not very impressed by the attitude of this lady working there. Perhaps she was only worried about getting off work in the next 25 minutes when I can only assume her shift would end. That is very poor customer service, not to mention extremely rude. Not one word was spoken to me before she shut the pumps off, as I was pumping the fuel.
