John was very helpful in helping me. He was pleasant, cheerful and he smiled. I could not decide what brand of cigarettes to buy since I just started smoking. John took his time with me to help me the best he could. Then after I paid he encouraged me to take this Survey and I told him I would complete it. He was so pleasant I had to keep my word. So here I am completing this survey.
