Was almost on empty and I saw others getting gas so instead of going to HEB across the street I just pulled in there. I only got a few gallons pumped when all the lights turned off and the gas quit pumping. The pumps were still lit up though. Now being a petite and handicapped young female who lives in chronic pain, I did not feel safe nor did I want to walk to see if there was an attendant. First of all, if there was an attendant it was wrong of them to cut the lights off knowing someone is pumping gas. Second if a pump is in use, unless there is an emergency, it should not just be cut off. Thanks in advance for addressing this problem

stopped to pump gas and use bathroom. was not allowed to use bathroom it had a sign that it was for employees only. asked attendant to be able to use bathroom was told no. that it was for employees only

Waited 1 hour and the pumps were shut off by the attendant and he left. Nobody could turn the pumps back on, so we got no GAS!!!!!

The pump hose pressed the wrong grade, I pressed the 83 grade but, because of the hose design I ended up purchasing the 90 something octane at a price $0.50 more than I wanted to pay. After realizing the WRONG price item was going into the tank, I stopped the transaction to get the correct fuel. BUT, the price went up. The person at the register basically told me that it was my fault and that she couldn't do anything about it. She made comments implying that I wanted the fuel for free, I did no such thing. The purpose for going to the window was to try to get the fuel for the price that was on the display at the time of the first (hose selected) purchase. She was (in my opinion) rude.

This is the second time I have had the same situation in the past month. Perhaps the pumps don't work after a certain time? But I have fueled late before and there were other customers. I am unable to get the pump to click into pumping mode after doing everything up through selecting the grade. I am not sure why I am having a problem. I used a different pump this time, and I have used this station successfully in the past, but now twice in a row is frustrating that I can't get gas. Finally, the pump shuts off and gives me a receipt for $0.00 since I was unable to pump anything.

Associate Jennifer A of Murphy Usa Store 5801, was very Unhappy, not smiling, rude, not welcoming, and seemed not happy to be there. Was not offered additional product (plus sell), made me fell not welcomed. Was not ID for age restricted item that was perchesed. Was not happy with over all customer service. Area Manager Rosemary would not be happy, and if I was a Mystery Shopper she would have faild. Service was unprofessional. This has not been the first time at this location I have had this expirence. Been going there for years and this is a new all time low for customer service.

Associate Jenner A of Murphy USA store 5801, was not happy not smiling very rude did not up sell, was not very welcoming, and I did not feel welcomed. If I was a mystery shopper she would have failed. My boyfriend was not I.D'd for an age restricted item. Rosemary would not be happy. The customer service I received was very inappropriate and dissatisfying.

The cashier was too busy talking to his grind than serve other clients, the gas station was dirty, trash cans were overload thus lots of bees around them

Out of gas
