pump 5 , I answered all the questions then it wouldn't let me pump my gas . its happened on this same pump before too

the reason i wasnt completly satisfied was because i always check to make sure that one gallon is the amount shown on the sign when i filled one gallon it was at $2.15 when a gallon should be $2.06 other than that i was completly satisfied with the way the store looked and the attendent that was working was kind of rude to me when i told him my problem.

First off, the Murphy's where I was ABLE to pump gas and retrieve a receipt was not the location of the highly dissatisfied experience. The station is actually #8714 on Culebra Rd. We specifically shopped away from our regular Walmart to shop at the Tezel store because of Murphys. We spent $369 including the $60 gift card for gas. As you well know, and as most do not, the clerk at Murphys informed me that they don't accept Walmart gift cards. When he noticed my obvious but forgiving expression is when he explained, probably for the millionth time, that this off site Murphys is not under Walmart domain. How stupid of us to assume such a silly thing. It shall not happen again. From now on I will be certain to ask the clerk at HEB if their pumps would accept HEB gift cards. Pump overflows too often at this location. This time it spilled about a gallon of gas.

The attendant Giovanni was very rude and I had to go inside 5 times to purchase 25.00 in gas. Still on the pump it did not display my transaction or print a receipt. I again had to go inside and speak to this rude attendant.

my creditcard was overcharged by $40. I took my receipt back to tell the teller about the situation and she called the manager and the manager said they were going to hold my money and if it's not back in my card that they would reimburse me but it was a waste of a drive and I need that money now I can't afford to wait till Tuesday with only $14.00 left in my card. I'm very dissatisfied and think the situation could've and should've been handled alot better.

First the registers were not working to take cash or credit. When they finally came up 1 pack of cigaretts was purchased with cash and a coupon. Then a carton was to be purchased of the same brand with a credit card and coupon. There were only 9 packs after the 1 pack had been purchased. The transaction for the 1 pack was supposed to be cancelled and the cash returned and the 1 pack added on to the 9 pack to equal a total of 10 packs to be put on the credit card with the coupon for a carton. The carton amount was rung up, the $3.00 coupon was applied and the cash.
