Walmart Mastercard w/2% off of statement isn't competitive. A discount per gallon has always worked better. Gas can be purchased locally within a 10 mile radius cheaper without using Walmart MasterCard.

Walmart Mastercard 2% discount from billing statement is not competitive. Discount per gallon is more competitive as in the past.
