The multiple questions asked before being able to pump gas when all you stopped for is gas is an annoyance. There is no interaction with anything other than the pump so I'm not sure how you could expect to highly satisfy a customer. If an attendant came over an offered to wash my windows or just gave me a coupon I would be pleasantly surprised and it would make the experience less monotonous.

Because the location of exits to get in and out are limited and very cluttered and the gas pump was extremely slow and the lock for the pump didn't work.

The pump was not working right and had to see attendant...the whole purpose of paying at the pump is so you don't have to go in!!!
