Over the past few weeks, USA brand cigarettes are only available in soft pack cartons. Normally, boxed cartons were always available. Please provide better selections for us. Thank you

I had a walmart gift card which I had already used at sams for both gas and groceries. I had $73.11 remaining on it. The card would not work at this walmart gas pump(s), as I tried using different pumps. I went inside the walmart and they gave me a new card. I went back to the gas pumps and again the card did not function on the pumps. I wound up using my credit card and because of this I was not able to take advantage of the 3 cent per gallon discount that I get with a walmart card. I went back inside the store with my second wealmart card that did not work at the pumps and customer service assured me I would be able to use it for groceries but could not give me an answer why the cards would not work at the pumps. It was really a terrible experience as I have used walmart gift cards for many years without problems.

I have been going to this Murphy for over 5 years I have never had problem with getting my $0.03 off the gas except for the last year with the attendant that was on this day calling me telling me I do not get my $0.03 because I did not have the credit card but I do have the blue Walmart card debit card that I've been using for 5 years you all are beating people out of their money I'm very disappointed any other Murphy I go to on Sunday in Orlando and Kissimmee I get my $0.03 off this guy has been scanning for the last year I even went inside the main Walmart to see if I can get someone to check on him you need to fire him and get people's money back before someone gets a lawyer

Your attendant Sydney Tay, was very rude and unfriendly,speaking few words to me and when she did speak it was hostile. When I initially walked in she was texting on her phone and didn’t greet me, when I was ready to check out She threw all my items into the bag w aggression, slamming my items on the counter. I thanked her and no response. Most unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced in my life, I felt unwanted as a customer. I will not return to get my gas here.

The security sticker that is on the side of the pump was (I could see the key lock) peeled off over half way. I had already paid and I went to address this with the assistant manager. S not only did not know what the sticker was for, she just pushed the sticker back in place and said she would replace it. She did (I called the next day) replace it without checking to verify that the pump was tampered with. I also called that day after I left to ask for a way to contact the manger, she (I later learned was the assistant manager) said she did not know how to contact the manager and would have to look and I would have to call back in 20 minutes. After calling repeatedly and going to a faulty voice mail that screeched in my ear, another employee told me when the manager would be in. Low and behold it’s the same woman who didn’t know how to contact the manager and I now am told that she is the assistant manager. In summary, please update your training and verify that security wasn’t lost.

The gas station advertised the place to have 5 cents off if you pay using walmart credit card. There was a big flyer on there advertising that. I had visited another Murphy location with the same ad and it worked pretty well. However, for this particular sale, even though I used walmart credit card, I was charged the same price of everyone else. I'm not complaining about the cents, it was only 35 cents. My wife a senior citizen has gased up our car many times. On this visit we were charged an additional 14.99 for a ffs 200z she did not want! The attendant said nothing could be done and I find this is very poor service.
