I do not like having to work the computer at the pump, to refuse the fuel additive before I can pump my gas. There has to be a better way to sell your additive. I avoid going to Murphy Gas station because of this.

Nothing with the visit itself just the cost of everything we have to purchase these days. The service and appearance of the store attendants were very helpful and clean. I enjoy stopping at the store I use.

Hoping for a slightly more competitive price, Gas across the street was 4 cents a gallon less :( I am true to Murphy USA or I would have driven 1/10 mile to save a half a buck on my fill today

Friendly staff, to long in line. Customers in front of me not sure what had pumps they were on and kept changing on what amount of gas to purchase. Then after purchase the wanted something else to buy. While holding up the line.

So is very disappointed coming in Tony didn't offer any of the cigarette promotions as well as the parking lot was a big mess. It's kind of disappointing because I drive all the way across town to come to this gas station and the service really sucks. When I went in to pay for gas I waited for him at the register while he finished getting his drink I wasn't offered any surveys or promotions at that time either. My husband went in and he neglected to check his ID on top of that didn't offer him any of the cigarette promotions on top of that either.

I selected "regular unleaded" for my gas and the pump gave me "super unleaded" (which was 56 cents more per gallon). I went inside and explained the problem to the clerk. She just said "sorry". I really thought she should have offered a refund of the overage. Poor customer service, in my opinion. I likely will not return to this station.

Sara Rae was very friendly and very good at her job she managed to get several customers out quickly and efficently. I thought I was going to be in line forever but she really knows how to make customers welcome and get them out in good time. On the other hand I came back and Ashley looked like she was open on a register but she wasn't assisting customers also her uniform did not seem to match Dylan and Sarah.
