The pump took 5 minutes to deliver 1 gallon of fuel. I told the attendant/cashier about the issue and he said the pump was cold.... The temperature was in the middle 20's. This is winter in Colorado. I expect pumps to work in temperatures like this.

Charles was at the register with 5 people waiting and the woman who was behind the counter had her nose buried in her phone, not offering to assist Charles with the people lining up.

While I was in your store a young lady asked the attendant if there was any more cups for the fountain machine and she had told her no and it didn't proceed to look anywhere else. So the young lady took it upon herself and went and asked the manager in the cooler if there were any the manager had given her the cups and the young lady took him in to Stephanie behind the counter who proceeded to put them behind the counter and not stock them so the other customers could not use them. I was shocked that the customer had to go ask someone else for them because the attendant had better things to to like stand there and do nothing behind the counter. If that was me as the customer I would have left my stuff and taken my business elsewhere.

The guy told me My card was rejected. I told him it is EBT. He tried again and he said 'your card was rejected!' As other are waiting in line behind me twice. I told him there is money and it is not possible. I did not even see the EBT screen. Later he said' you can try as many times you like, but it says your card is rejected!' With attitude. I asked if he really knows how to handle EBT. He said he does but it is because of mine is from other state. i frequently travel fromWY to CO andthere was numerous transaction with EBT and even after this incident at the walmart succesfully. In summary, he does not know how to do EBT card transcaction and needs to be trained. He also need to admit he does not know it instead of blaming customer and embarassing the customer. He should not say 'my card was rejectd' and instead said ' he does not know his job' and apologize to me. After rejected by him, not my card balance, I went to Walmart to get the stuff I need. And it was paid by out of state EBT card succesfully!

I was having problems at the pump. Had to wait in line to be told the only cashier doesn't know how to reset the pump. But she can charge $200 to my card then refund any unused money. Very dissatisfied! !!!
