I know it is something you cannot control, but there was so much traffic! I had to wait in line with my car running for fifteen minutes before I could pull up to a pump! Something needs to be done about the protocol for cutting people off in line.

I was not highly satisfied, however I was please with the level of customer service. Wait time was pretty normal, allowing me to get in and out.
