Too busy almost got in car accident bc people acted crazy about cheap gas

please have the manager (DJ) at the location stop going next door to the bmw / mb dealer and eating the snacks, drinking the coffe and taking the sodas. they cost us money. he brings other employees over also. he comes over multiple times daily.

I pumped my gas did not go in

This gas station needs to have a bigger parking lot and more pumps. Your gas station is located in a student dense area in the college side of town. It is als surrounded by car dealerships. This gas station is packed 85% of the day with people having a hard time getting to the pumps and pumps being available.

Couldn't pay at the pump

The line was very long and there was only one cashier and the manager stood there taking down coffee pots, but he finally went to a register and called the next person. He didn't smile nor greet me (customers) he didn't make eye contact or thank you for your purchase. He needs to learn customer service especially being in management. I've had a problem with his attitude before going in the store to make a purchase and he needs to talk to his employees with more respect also especially in front of customers

The hose on pump #18 leaked gas. I entered the store and told the cashier but he said that I needed to talk to the manager, unfortunately the manager was unavailable therefore he said that he would transfer the message

Some of the Pumps were out of Order and the Restroom was Nasty and out of paper.Trash on the ground around the pumps and the Trash cans were Full.

There was a sign on the door that if you bought three Pepsi products you receive 10 cents off up to 15 gallons of gas and I purchased three Pepsi products and did not receive the code for the 10 cents off and when I asked about it they stated that the deal changes and they just forgot to take the signs down. I feel they should have honored it since the sign was up advertising that deal and they did not do that.

I have a Walmart Credit Card that I thought was accepted at all Murphy Fuel locations. When I tried to use my card, the pump displayed the message "Card not Accepted", then cancelled the transaction. I was on vacation and didn't want to use my Debit card for fuel. I know my card is good because I overpaid last month so I had a credit on my card. Other than that, my visit to Murphy Fuel was very pleasant.
