The cashier was not very friendly at all. He said "not to be rude, but what have you people been doing all day that you are just now coming to Murphy's NOW at 1am!? What do you need that is so important?" I was stunned. I told him I have been at work for the last twelve hours and am just now getting a chance to get gas so I can go home. His response was "Ugh well I'm sorry but I'm gonna be that cashier that complains all night." Well I'm sorry but I used to work at a Murphy's and the job is just not that hard. And I really don't appreciate blatantly being told that I'm an inconvenience. I stopped at your store to avoid going out of my way to the pilot station, which is where I normally go because the atmosphere at your store is not welcoming and the people at Pilot are very friendly, but I will for sure go the extra mile to the Pilot from now on because I do NOT have to spend my money where I'm not welcome.

I wanted coffee and a pack of gum. Coffee station was mess...hard to find lids, large cup dispenser was empty, so I bought a smaller (LESS EXPENSIVE) size than planned. The house blend coffee dispenser was empty, had to get less desired coffee (Bold), only other option was Decaf. I alerted one of the two attendants behind the checkout who replied 'oh yeah' but made no move to resolve the issue or apologize for not having what I came in for. The store wasn't busy, I was the only customer inside, there were 2 clerks, how does coffee run out? Their disinterest in me was disappointing. Not surprising since it's this type of customer service that has kept me out of a Walmart & Sam's Club for almost 2 years. You think the lower gas prices will make us overlook shoddy service. Not over here....I want a business to appreciate that I spend my money with them. That's why I shop at Dollar General, Publix and will now just make my own coffee. So disappointed yet not surprised. Frankly, I should have known better than to even stop..went right by a Circle K thinking the new Murphy would have better coffee selection.

This location used to be a great location. There has been no maintenance done to the pumps since the install. A majority of the buttons on the pumps don't work and they are out of receipt paper a lot of the time. This location fuel islands are dirty and not kept clean especially around the diesel pumps where the lack of maintenance allows them to leak all over.

The store was a complete mess especially the interior, the manager was there and he didn’t even see the issue with the place being a mess, this is one of my many visits and every time he works it seems like objects are never stocked, cleaned or kept up with. Usually the place is in order but mid morning to 3-4pm I am disgusted with how messy it is. It was receipt paper in most portions of the parking lot and the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor (this happens pretty regularly) . Overall the gas might be reasonable but the manager needs to enforce the fact that customers want to walk in to a business not a pig sty

Before I pulled onto the parking lot, the price of regular unleaded gas was posted as $2.36 gal. I waited for only 1 person ahead of me. 1st problem came when the PIN on pump wouldn't work. After going inside to prepay for fuel & coming back outside to pump fuel, I then noticed the price had gone up to $2.68 gal

The pumps were operating very slow. That caused a parking lot problem, and I heard a few people getting angry with getting to use the pumps

Was not greeted by janise, she never once spoke a single word to me. And had her hand out for me to give her my cash, still not speaking. I had to ask for my receipt. Not a very good employee.

the place is not big enough when a whole lot of vehicles tries to enter. When the gas truck is there its even more fustrating. Everybody don't know how to drive in small places so they too hold up the lines.

The first pump that I went to after waiting in line had a broken card reader. The attendant inside wouldn't respond to my call from the pump. I went to wait in another line for 15 minutes and finally got to the pump. First the pump transaction didn't go through. I tried again and was able to get through and the pump began and continued very slowly. I wasn't the only customer disappointed while waiting there were numerous others complaining about the pumps! My 1993 Jeep Wrangler has a 15 gallon tank. I was charged for pumping 18.054 gallons of gas into my tank! Technically Murphy gas at 3891 west Tennessee street in Tallahassee Florida just stole money out of my checking account!!!

The line to get a pump was long, there is usually a 3 car wait at every pump causing a pile up. Think if they open more pumps and redesign the area where car can get in and out faster they would make way more money and people would not complain about the long lines.
