Receipt rarely available at pump - must go inside. Only at this location ... attendants blame rain, or waiting for someone to repair pump, trouble with paper etc. told them I have no problem at other murphys gas pumps. But it's always the same.

Pumping gas, another customer had his car radio blurring so loud that people couldn't think. I ask customer to please turn down radio. He told me that I didn't own the store. I complained to cashier. She refused to say anything. I was going to fill up, but stop the pump and went to a different store. I always liked going to this Murphy's. But I can purchase my gas and other products else where. When one customer shows such dis-respect for others, store associates should speak up. I was very offended by the actions of all. This is a good way to lose more customers. Thank you. cashier

Not until after the purchase of a $.59 ($.63) soft-drink & exiting the store & getting back into my vehicle (in a hurry), that the Sprite drink wasn't 'fizzy' enough, it was more sweet than it should have been. Wished I'd returned back for a full refund.

Used my Walmart discount card. Pump cut off when I still had available money on the card therefore I was unable to fill up. Receipt did not print but that is usually the case with these pumps.

Pumpkin spice Cappuccino has been out for a week was told be back in on Tues or Wed. Attendant was not friendly asked about the extra products after I put my pin number in on debit card. She was more attentive to the child that was behind the counter than trying to be friendly with customers. I buy gas there weekly and this is the closest Murphy's to me which is why I know I will going back. Other attendants this week have been friendly but first time dealing with this one this morning.

The store was littered. It was crowded. I was not greeted or thanked. Your cashiers are too busy conversing with each other instead of waiting on customers.

Started pumping gas and about 2 gallons, pump went crazy. All pumps in that lane were going crazy. Customer stated that attendants were raising gas prices. That's definitely not when prices should be raised, if in fact that is what was taking place. I was a bit upset with that.
