The attendant although pleasant and helpful , had a mouth full of food and chewed the food as she waited on me. I would have rather she excused herself as there was another attendant and I the only patron in the store at that moment. I was very put off by it. The staff is always friendly and helpful I will continue to visit this location.

Amber Was texting while waiting on customers I stood in a line of four while manager was behind the counter not attending to the line. I said to Amber you should put your phone away its against your policy She blew up over it and got loud with me. When I asked her name she still was rude I asked again she stated I smile Amber the Assistant Manager and that's my boss the Manager. Very rude Only cared about texting

The attendant (Amanda)gave me a lot of attitude,about she not taking my quarters anymore.I have vending boxes where I get only quarters from.i spend between $100 &. & 150 every week,for the last two years,never had a problem with other attendants.she has no customer service skills at all, never a smile,hello or thank you come again,just a bad attitude.

The attendants were busy at another register no one noticed me standing and waiting at the register. No one apologized for the wait, the attendant that finally came to her register didnt get me nor apologize for the wait, the attendant was not knowledgeable about the discount gas purchase program offered and had to ask someone else, while doing this she began to perform another task, I was not thanked, my items were not bagged, she didnt ask if i wanted a bag, she did not tell me my total, the lady informing her of the discount program was more engaging with me then the attendant actually processing my purchase.

For the past month, my husband and I have had to go inside to get our fuel receipts because the pumps are continually out of paper. We have complained several times to the cashiers but the problem still exists. I was told one time that the problem was only with pump #13 and they had ordered a part. We have since used several other pumps and they were also out of paper. I have receipts from pump#6, pump#20, pump#7 as well as pump #13 all in the last month that were out of paper also. To make matters even worse, we could barely read the inside receipts. I complained about the inside receipt on 12/5/14 and today 12/11/14 the inside receipt my husband received was barely readable. I had to keep guessing at the survey numbers to do this survey. Like I told the cashier, it defeats the purpose of using your credit card to pay at the pump if you still have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. My husband says he is going to find another gas station to stop at if this doesn't soon get fixed.
