Easy access to get in and out of the location. Pumps are often busy with guest, but if you wait for a few minutes it usually clears up. Also, none of the other gas stations in the area compare to this location. Always neat in appearance, and the clerks are always plesant.

There were not a lot of cars there so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. They also had the cheapest gas around.
