I had a reward I wanted to redeem from Survey Mini. When I tried to redeem it, the girl didn't know how to key in the code. She kept wanting to scan it (obviously there is nothing to scan). She took my phone where the code was up on the screen and hit the back button, which erased the code as if it were used. Said there was nothing she could do. I don't want any more rewards from that store if they can't redeem them. They are useless

the 1st pump was not working at all, and the 2nd pump did not print a receipt

DEEP POT HOLE NORTH ENTRANCE TO MAIN ST. # 1 PUMP FAILS TO GIVE RECEIPT MOST OF THE TIME. PUMP #3 HAS THE CARD SLOT TAPED OVER. I HAVE SENT THIS INFORMATION BEFORE. CONSIDER MYSELF A GOOD CUSTOMER. HOWEVER, I AM CONSIDERING MOVING MY GAS PURCHASES TO THE HESS STATION UP THE STREET. WHO IN YOUR ORGANIZATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CORRECTING THEse CONCERNS BY YOUR CUSTOMERS?

The cashier was very rude an unprofessional. Had a bit of an attitude with me. As a avid shopper of this location I was not a happy camper at all. Cashier gave a smug look on her face as if I did something to her personally.

I have been using a Walmart gift card at the pump to get a 3cent discount per gallon. Now all of a sudden the card doesn't work and isn't available in your system? This was the second day I tried to use my card, and your attendants have no knowledge of why it doesn't work at the pump or at the attendant window. Had to wait in line for quite awhile, so worried about my belongings in my car while I waited. You can't see your vehicle from the attendant window from all the displays in the path. So has Murphy discontinued the Walmart gift card discount? Why don't your attendants know? And where is the posting?

The digital display on the gas pump showed the gas price as $2.04. I was supposed to receieve $.15 off per gallon with my Murphy USA credit card. I received $.12 off per gallon instead apparently. I think this could be considered false advertising & possibly even baiting & switching advertising!

I had gas put into two cars today and only got one chance for the big money!!!!
